• UK Domestic: 2-5 business days
• Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and that we only ship within the United Kingdom.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

1.  Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Due to hygiene reasons, garments and opened supplements cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive to you already damaged or faulty.

3. Return Process

• Once your return is approved, you will receive a shipping label and further instructions on how to return the product.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).

5. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
